Ronda Dorsey is a strategic communicator, leadership developer, and applied neuro-agile coach with more than 15 years of experience operating at scale across federal government, nonprofit, and community systems. Her work focuses on helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen agency, and make sound decisions under real-world constraints.
Trained in applied neuroscience and systems-informed coaching, Ronda works at the intersection of human behavior and institutional performance; integrating brain-based decision science, systems awareness, and leadership practice to support durable change.
Ronda has led communications, outreach, and program delivery for large-scale, nationally distributed initiatives across federal systems. Her experience includes nationally distributed leadership and learning programs for the U.S. Army, as well as federal oversight communications to Congress and the public. She also directed marketing and stakeholder engagement for a $23M federal research portfolio, translating complex scientific and policy work into accessible narratives that increased adoption, engagement, and national visibility.
She is the founder of Hellbender Coach, a hub convening leaders, coaches, and changemakers through facilitated conversations, roundtables, and applied experiences designed to turn insight into action. Ronda is also co-founder of GOTURSIX, Inc., a Missouri-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit strengthening communities through neighbor-to-neighbor food access and shared local responsibility.
