Ronda Dorsey is a leadership facilitator, strategic communicator, and neuroscience-informed coach with more than 15 years of experience working across federal government, nonprofit, and community systems.

Her work focuses on helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen agency, and make sound decisions under real-world constraints.

Drawing on training in applied neuroscience, mediation, and systems-informed coaching, Ronda works at the intersection of human behavior and institutional performance. She integrates brain-based decision science, systems awareness, and leadership practice to help individuals and teams move forward with clarity.

Ronda has led communications, outreach, and program delivery for nationally distributed initiatives across federal systems. Her experience includes leadership education programs for the U.S. Army, federal oversight communications to Congress and the public, and stakeholder engagement for a $23M federal research portfolio.

She is the founder of Hellbender Coach, a hub that convenes leaders, coaches, and changemakers through facilitated conversations designed to turn insight into action. She is also co-founder of GOTURSIX, Inc., a Missouri-based nonprofit strengthening communities through neighbor-to-neighbor food access and shared local responsibility.
